Refund Policy
Refund Policy For Food Products(Coffee)

We encourage our customers to place a sample order of the coffee they would like to purchase first. If you order a sample and then place an order for a full size quantity and still don't love it you can receive a full refund.

We will not issue a refund if you did not place a sample order first.

Note: We will not issue a refund on sample orders.

Refund Policy For Non-Food Products

All orders need to be cancelled within 24 hours of the placement of the order for a full refund.​ After 24 hours of placing an order, our team is hard at work manufacturing your items so we will not be able to offer a full refund. Shipping will not be refunded and restocking fee may apply.

Exchange Policy

Exchanges can be made if:

  • Product has manufacturing defects

  • Customer received wrong item (Color, Size, Design, etc.)

  • Please contact us immediately if you receive any issues with your order.
